Booking a reservation

• Do I need an account on enytime to make a reservation?

No, you don’t need an account to make a reservation on enytime. We have the option to ‘Check-out As Guest’ when you make your reservation. However, we recommend you register on the app to be the first to know about the exciting offers we are running and for easy and quick check-out for future reservations.

• Finding a right room?

When you search, enter your arrival and departure dates, and the total number of guests who’ll be traveling. This way, enytime can show you listings that can accommodate the size of your group on the dates you’re traveling.

Review amenities and Hotel Terms & Conditions. No two listings are exactly alike, so pay attention to the Amenities section.

• Booking with enytime

When you book a room on enytime, you’re making arrangements to stay in listed hotel or serviced apartment. Each listed hotel or serviced apartment has their own style of hospitality. Some hotels & serviced apartments listings let you book their room instantly without any approval, while others approve reservations on enquiry.

• Book It!

You’ve found the perfect hotel or serviced apartment, and now it’s time to make it official. This is where the host’s preferred way of booking will determine how you’ll confirm your reservation

Book Now For hotels where in you see button on their listing that says Book Now, You can confirm a reservation right away by making a payment.

Enquire to Book Many hotels prefer to approve reservations before they’re final. In this case, you’ll see a button on their listing that says Enquire to Book. You can select your preferred hotels and submit an enquiry. Selected hotels will have 30 minutes to respond. You will see notifications as and when hotels respond by accepting your request, you can select your preferred hotel and make a payment to confirm your reservation.

• What are the terms and conditions of booking a room?

It is very straight forward, you use the system to make a booking- your booking is guaranteed with your credit card. Charges for Rooms & Taxes are deducted from your account. Bills for the extras need to be settled directly on departure.

• Are taxes included in the rate?

No. Rate displayed on the enytime App is exclusive of taxes. The final booking amount displays the total amount with a breakup of the taxes.

• What does the hotel price include?

Please refer the rate inclusion sections. All inclusions will be mentioned under the rate inclusion section.

• Are the prices displayed on enytime per person or per room?

The prices displayed on our platform always are per room per person.

• How can I make payment on the enytime App?

You can make payments using debit or credit card. We accept all Visa, Master and American express cards. You can also choose to make the payment through net banking facility and Paytm Mobile wallet.

• Can I use my card to make a booking in someone else’s name?

Yes, you can, but do make sure that under “Guest Name” you mention the name of the person who will be staying at hotel. You are required to enter your name and your billing address while on the payment page.

• I have entered my card details while making reservations, will it be safe?

Yes, you can rely on us. You make the payment through a safe payment gateway. We only use PCI complaint gateways providing you a secure transaction environment.

• How will I receive confirmation of my booking?

The moment the payment is done you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Just show the hotel this confirmation on your phone or Tab along with a photo ID and enjoy your stay

• Do I need to confirm my reservation with hotel?

You’ll receive an email with the details of your reservation. There is no need to contact the hotel to confirm.

• How do I get a receipt for my hotel reservation?

When you confirm your reservation you will receive an email from enytime with the details of the reservation. You can also request a receipt from the hotel.

• Where can I find a check-out time?

Once you decided to make a reservation with any specific hotel, your estimated check-out time will be displayed on booking summary page before you make payment, check-out time will be calculated based on the hourly package you choose.
Also In all our hotel listings, check-in & check-out policy is clearly stated on the hotel detailed description page.

• How do I make a special request?

You will have to send an email or call the hotel for a special request. The email address and phone number of the hotel will be mentioned in the booking confirmation you receive.

• How do I find directions to the hotel?

Please click on the map and it will give you exact location of the hotel. Google map is very useful and accurate.

• Where can I find the address of the hotel?

The address of the hotel is listed in your booking confirmation email, sms and notification on the enytime APP.

• Which identity proofs are accepted?

If you are Indian citizen you can use your voter ID card, Driving license, Ration card or passport, and your Visa/passport if you are a Non-Resident / Foreign National.

• I have booked a hotel but haven’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Try looking in the spam/junk folders as well as the inbox of the email attached to your booking.

• Transaction failed but amount got debited from account?

Your money will be auto-refunded within 5-7 working days. In case of delay, please drop in a mail to support@enytime.com

• How do I request refund?

You can reach out to us at support@enytime.com with your mobile number and transaction ref number.

• Is it safe to book a room with enytime?

It is a non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable reservation.

• What if I forget my password?

Incase if you forget your password, regenerate it using forget password option in the App.

• What if I change my mobile?

Don’t worry. All you need to do is download entyime on your new mobile handset and register with the same account. On successful registration the previous phone will loose access.
